Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates We offer flat-rate standard shipping on all domestic orders. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for all orders over $100.

International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!

Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy We want you to love your Em & Fin Co. pieces! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and free of stains, odors, or damage.

Please note: All sale items, accessories, and hair bows are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return Email us at emandfinco@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
